In a rapid 72-hour sprint, I led a dynamic case study project, spearheading the creation of an innovative mobile app for City Wide Traffic Monitoring and Management. From crafting user personas to wireframing and conducting basic usability studies, the process was intense. Developing two prototypes, we navigated iterative feedback loops to shape a user-centric solution within tight time constraints.
